Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both your time and mine, KAAATWALK requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. 48+ Hours Before Your Appointment You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without a cancellation fee. Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% payment . Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Clients with an unpaid cancellation or no-show balance who wish to book a future appointment will be required to pay the outstanding balance in full prior to the appointment being accepted or confirmed. Future appointments will not be secured until all outstanding fees have been satisfied. Select services require a deposit to secure your appointment. If a deposit is required for your selected service, your service provider will contact you directly with the deposit amount, payment instructions, and due date. Appointments requiring a deposit are not considered secured until the deposit has been received. Please arrive on time. Arriving late may require your service to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid affecting the next guest. If the appointment can no longer be accommodated, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Emergencies happen. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually at KAAATWALK’s discretion.
